Out-of-Network Providers
If you have an out of network insurance carrier, you may be able to get some or all of your sessions covered through reimbursement. To find out if you have out of network benefits, call the number on the back of your insurance card for member services. Ask about out of network coverage for outpatient mental health. You’ll want to know what percentage of services are covered, if you have to meet a deductible first, and where you should send superbills (fax, email or P.O. Box).
Cash Pay
Cash rates vary $135-$200 per session, however, sliding scale options are available. Complete the form below for more information.
Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments anytime, as long as they provide 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel an appointment, reschedule, or show up with less than 24 hours notice, will result in a $75 no-show fee. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen events, the fee will be waived.
